Charterhouse CEO Theresa Ayoade Enrolls at Harvard Business School
Theresa Ayoade, CEO of Charterhouse, has returned to school. She is now studying at Harvard Business School. This follows her success at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

Theresa Ayoade co-founded Charterhouse in 2000 with her husband, Iyiola Ayoade. Under her leadership, Charterhouse has become a leading event management firm in Ghana. The company is known for organizing major events like the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and Miss Malaika Ghana.
On May 26, 2025, she announced her return to education. She is enrolled in the Senior Executive Program in Africa (SEPA). This program focuses on developing leadership skills for senior professionals.
Dressed in an elegant African print outfit, Ayoade looked confident and stylish. Her nails were beautifully manicured, showcasing a blend of traditional and modern fashion.

Theresa's journey began with humble beginnings. Financial difficulties forced her to leave her studies in Economics in the UK. She returned to Accra and worked as a sales assistant before joining Multimedia Group.
She quickly rose through the ranks to become Sales and Marketing Manager at Luv FM. Later, she became Promotions Manager at Joy FM in Accra. In 2002, she co-founded Charterhouse with her husband.
Theresa is married to Iyiola Ayoade, a prominent Nigerian businessman. They have two children: Tobi and Shewa. The family values strong bonds and often spends quality time together.
In addition to her professional achievements, Theresa advocates for women's empowerment. She nurtures emerging talent within the creative industry. Her inspiring story motivates many aspiring entrepreneurs in Ghana and beyond.
