In a TikTok video, Ayisha said Gyan often complained about Stonebwoy. She mentioned that Gyan would call her and express his frustration. He felt that Stonebwoy did not appreciate his help.

Ayisha found it hard to tell Stonebwoy about these complaints. She noted that ten years had passed since the surgery. She eventually gathered the courage to inform him.

According to Ayisha, Stonebwoy only thanked Gyan after her encouragement. She criticized his appreciation speech during a radio interview. It seemed insincere, especially after Gyan ignored his calls.

Ayisha questioned why Stonebwoy treated Gyan poorly. Gyan not only funded the surgery but also covered flight costs for them both.

Additionally, Ayisha claimed she gave GH₵25,000 for another family member's surgery. This was for Stonebwoy’s younger brother, who had a knee injury.

She also alleged that Stonebwoy's brother insulted her online three years ago. This happened after a fallout with the BHIM Nation president.
