"How are you an NPP chairman": Kumchacha slams Abronye over feud with Ken

Kumchacha vs. Abronye: A Feud Intensifies

Kumchacha has criticized Abronye DC over his feud with Kennedy Agyapong. The controversial prophet urged Abronye to stop insulting Agyapong publicly. He questioned why Abronye felt the need to disparage him.

In a TikTok video, Kumchacha recalled how Abronye insulted him and his late mother. He had ignored these insults until now but decided to speak out. He also threatened curses against anyone who criticized his views on Abronye.

Kumchacha claimed that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has questionable members like Abronye. He expressed that such individuals tarnish the party's image. The prophet used harsh words about Abronye’s character and appearance.

He called for Abronye to cease his attacks on Agyapong. Kumchacha stated that Abronye is unfit for his position as NPP Bono Regional Chairman. He accused him of contributing to the defeats of several MPs in the 2024 elections.

Kumchacha mentioned that he and many Ghanaians left the NPP due to Abronye's comments. He expressed a desire to confront Abronye physically, citing past gifts from Agyapong as evidence of ungratefulness.

Background on Their Feud

Abronye and Kennedy Agyapong have been in conflict since April 2025. They clashed during Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s thank-you tour in Berekum, Bono Region. During this event, Abronye criticized Agyapong while addressing party members.

Abronye questioned those preaching unity within the party, claiming they caused divisions used by the NDC in their campaign against the NPP. He rejected calls from Agyapong for amnesty for former NPP members who left or were suspended.

Kennedy responded by criticizing Abronye's arrogance and lack of financial support for the party. He pointed out that under Abronye’s leadership, the NPP only secured one parliamentary seat in Bono Region.

Despite their disagreements, both men appeared friendly after their gathering ended in Berekum. However, later interviews revealed more allegations from Abronye against Agyapong, including claims of selfishness and secret meetings with First Lady Lordina Mahama.

Public Reactions

Social media users reacted to Kumchacha's comments about Abronye with humor and concern. Some found it amusing while others lamented how politicians insult each other publicly.

Earlier reports highlighted Kennedy Agyapong spending time at his rubber factory with employees, showcasing a different side of him amidst political tensions.
