Empress Gifty’s Lawsuit: Agradaa Served Writ of Summons

On May 26, 2025, Agradaa, also known as Evangelist Mama Pat, received a writ of summons. This was related to a GH₵20 million defamation lawsuit filed by gospel musician Empress Gifty.

In a video shared by blogger Gossips24TV on Instagram, Agradaa and her husband were in an elevator at the court. A bailiff served them the writ to notify Agradaa about the legal action.

Agradaa's husband, Angel Asiamah, was unhappy with this. He grabbed the writ and threw it on the floor. They then left the court and went home together.

This incident follows Empress Gifty's lawsuit against Agradaa. The lawsuit stems from allegations made during their ongoing social media feud involving Hopeson Adorye, Empress Gifty's husband.
