Afia Schwarzenegger Reacts to Security Operatives at Wontumi's Residence
Afia Schwarzenegger recently reacted to security operatives storming Chairman Wontumi's home. She shared her thoughts in a TikTok live session on May 23, 2025.
The media personality expressed that she was not upset by the news. Instead, she considered it good news. Afia stated that this situation was revenge for past actions against her.
During the live session, a fan informed her about the incident. Afia lost her temper and insulted the fan for bringing it up. She questioned what they expected her to do about it.
Afia expressed happiness over the police presence at Wontumi's residence. She said, "In any case, I thank God for that. Revenge is sweet."
Background of Their Feud
Afia and Chairman Wontumi have been feuding since 2022. The conflict began when Afia claimed they had a romantic relationship lasting over 16 months.
Wontumi denied these claims and filed a defamation lawsuit against her and others involved in the discussion on United Showbiz.
Later, Afia was sentenced to 10 days in prison for contempt of court related to this case. Other panelists were fined GH₵60,000 as co-contemnors.
Afterward, Afia apologized publicly and admitted her behavior was wrong. In January 2023, she requested to pay GH¢60,000 instead of serving jail time and was barred from social media feuds for two years.
However, Wontumi took legal action again when she violated court orders regarding social media use.
Other Recent Complaints
Earlier, Afia complained about high DSTV subscription charges in Ghana. She questioned why Ghanaians must pay so much for old movies on the platform.
She announced plans to lead a campaign against DSTV after successfully advocating for lower internet data prices with other Ghanaians.
