In his speech, President Mahama praised Ghanaian creatives for their hard work. He shared a funny memory from a movie featuring Lil Win and Van Vicker. The crowd laughed as he recalled one of his favorite scenes.

After the event, Lil Win thanked President Mahama on Instagram. He expressed happiness about being remembered by the president. He appreciated Mahama's support and encouragement over the years.

Lil Win wrote, "Thank you so much for mentioning my name." He added that he loves and cannot forget what the president does for him.

The launch was attended by many Kumawood actors and other personalities. Notable attendees included Deputy CEO Abeiku Santana and Minister Abla Dzifa Gomashie.

President Mahama arrived with his children and security team in a bulletproof vehicle. This Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 Extreme Edition was reportedly a gift from his brother.

On May 5, 2025, Lil Win visited veteran actor Kwaku Twumasi to offer support. He donated GH₵10,000 along with food items to help Twumasi with health challenges.

Lil Win said Twumasi inspired him and many others in Kumawood. He prayed for Twumasi’s recovery while partnering with a TikTok star for the donation.

Kwaku Twumasi has faced health issues after suffering a mild stroke four years ago. Although he struggles to walk, he continues to direct and produce movies.
