Rumors about Dada Joe Remix's arrest are spreading on social media. He is reportedly facing extradition to the US. Dada Joe Remix is a cousin of popular musician Showboy.

Showboy has distanced himself from Dada Joe Remix amid these rumors. He denied any connection to his cousin's alleged arrest by the FBI. According to Snapchat news site SelTheBomb, Dada Joe Remix was arrested in an FBI sting on May 28, 2025.

These rumors follow Hajia4Reall's recent release from a US prison. She was sentenced to one year and one day for her role in a romance scam. Last year, it was reported that Dada Joe Remix was a person of interest in her case.

Dada Joe Remix has not confirmed his rumored arrest yet. Showboy previously referred to him as family. In August 2024, he thanked Dada Joe for gifting him a Range Rover.

When asked about their relationship now, Showboy said he no longer considers himself family. He stated, "I'm into music and media." He also mentioned releasing a new song recently.
