Gifty Anti’s Daughter Joins Mother on Orphanage Tour

Oheneyere Gifty Anti and her daughter, Afia Asaa Afrakoma Sintim-Misa, recently toured orphanages. They visited selected locations in the Western and Central regions of Ghana. Many Ghanaians praised them on social media.

A video of their tour gained attention online. Gifty Anti's daughter looked all grown up during the journey. She is also known as Nyame Anuonyam.

The tour is part of the Gifty Anti Foundation's work with the National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP). They visited Word Alive Children’s Home in Ellembelle on May 6, 2025. There, they donated treated nets to children and caregivers.

In videos shared on Instagram, Gifty was seen with Afia. The young girl serves as vice president of her mother’s foundation. In one clip, she held her mother's hand while preparing for their trip.

Another video showed Afia looking upset before they left for the orphanages. Gifty expressed gratitude for her daughter in a heartfelt caption. She wrote about how God blessed her with a compassionate warrior.

This public appearance was rare for Afia. Her mother usually keeps her out of the spotlight since she was born on August 11, 2017. Last year, Gifty took Afia to Makola market to teach her about life's struggles.

Social media users reacted positively to Afia's growth. Comments included comparisons to their own children and expressions of affection.
