"Yaa Asantewaa Girls struggle with their 'R' & 'L": Odehyieba Priscilla says

Odehyieba Priscilla Comments on Yaa Asantewaa Girls' Pronunciation Struggles

Gospel singer Odehyieba Priscilla praised St. Louis Senior High School. She highlighted their efforts in mentoring responsible and intelligent young women.

In a viral video, she mentioned that some students at Yaa Asantewaa Girls struggle with pronouncing "R" and "L." This video was shared by blogger Zionfelix on Instagram.

Odehyieba Priscilla is a rising Ghanaian gospel musician. She currently studies at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). In an interview with Zionfelix, she expressed her love for St. Louis SHS, calling it the best girls' school in Ghana.

She emphasized that St. Louis students are well-mannered and disciplined. “If you are not disciplined, you can’t attend St. Louis,” she stated confidently.

Odehyieba also highlighted the school's achievements in academics and extracurricular activities. “We have won the super zonal competition for two years,” she noted. They are the only girls' school from Ashanti Region to reach semi-finals in the National Maths and Science Quiz.

She complimented her classmates but acknowledged challenges faced by some Yaa Asantewaa students. “We have beautiful, intelligent girls,” she said modestly.

However, she humorously compared other local schools to primary schools academically. She specifically mentioned Yaa Asantewaa SHS, St. Monica’s SHS, and Kumasi Girls SHS.

In her opinion, only Wesley Girls’ School can be compared to St. Louis SHS reasonably.

Odehyieba Priscilla looked stylish during her video shoot with a chic short hairstyle. Her makeup was elegant and matched her skin tone perfectly.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Odehyieba gained admission to KNUST after graduating from St. Louis SHS last year. Many fans were impressed by videos of her first moments at university shared on social media.
