Mona Gucci has criticized Sister Derby and Efia Odo. She claims they supported backlash against her during a TikTok feud. The Onua TV presenter accused them of inciting influencers after her comments about TikTokers.

On May 24, 2025, Mona Gucci spoke on her show, Biribi Gyegye Wo. She called out Sister Derby and Efia Odo for joining the criticism against her. Mona described Sister Derby as "empty" despite being an A-list celebrity.

She said, "You failed at everything, including relationships." Mona questioned Sister Derby's music career and its impact on Ghana.

Regarding Efia Odo, Mona called her a "nobody." She claimed Efia's only fame comes from dating male celebrities. Mona warned Efia to stay out of her lane because they are not equals.

Mona stated, "What do you do for Ghana besides dating musicians?" She added that she does not regard Efia in any way.

Mona Gucci sparked controversy by saying TikTokers are not celebrities. Her comments followed the Telecel Ghana Music Awards where many TikTok personalities attended. This statement drew criticism from several celebrities, including Efia Odo and Sister Derby.

Efia countered by calling Mona bitter. She said, "People are making money and getting recognition while you complain."

Sister Derby also questioned why Mona discussed a prominent TikToker if she believed he was irrelevant.

In another development, Mona warned Kwadwo Sheldon to stop discussing her on YouTube. She criticized him for siding with TikTokers and claimed he lacks depth in his commentary about her brand.
