Akrobeto Shares Doctor’s Reaction After Health Evaluation: “Your God is a Big God”

Ghanaian actor Akwasi Boadi, known as Akrobeto, recently spoke out. This was his first statement after a serious car accident. The crash occurred on the Accra-Kumasi Highway near Konongo in the Ashanti Region. It happened on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Despite the severity of the accident, Akrobeto and his passenger were unharmed. They were quickly taken to Kumasi Hospital for evaluation. Medical professionals assessed their condition thoroughly.

Akrobeto expressed gratitude to Ghanaians for their support after the incident. He plans to continue working on his show, Real News. However, Despite Media advised him to take a week off to recover.

The accident involved a heavy-duty truck colliding with Akrobeto's Toyota SUV. The truck dragged his vehicle along the road for about 30 meters before stopping. This violent impact caused chaos on the highway.

Eyewitnesses reported that a tricycle crossed another vehicle's path unexpectedly. To avoid hitting it, the truck lost control and crashed into Akrobeto's SUV. Fortunately, there were no casualties despite significant damage to his vehicle.

Reflecting on this experience, Akrobeto felt grateful for the love from fans. He said, “This accident has truly opened my eyes.” He appreciates all the support from Ghana.

Earlier this month, Akrobeto visited sick children at the University of Ghana Medical Centre in Legon. He brought them free shawarma and soft drinks to brighten their day. A video captured joyful moments between him and the children during his visit.

Akrobeto encouraged them to stay healthy and recover quickly so they could return to school. His actions demonstrate his commitment to uplifting Ghana’s youth during tough times.
