Accra Metropolitan University presents 20 scholarships to Nuumo Gborbu Wulomo

A delegation from Accra Metropolitan University has presented 20 scholarships. The delegation was led by Prof. Goski Alabi, a renowned academic and administrator.

The presentation took place at the traditional palace of the Ga State spiritual leader. Prof. Alabi highlighted the university's commitment to education and collaboration with traditional authorities.

“These scholarships empower local communities through quality tertiary education,” she stated. She acknowledged the important role of traditional leaders in guiding communities.

The scholarships will help deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds in Ga state. They can pursue various academic programs at Accra Metropolitan University.

Nuumo Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse, representing the Council of Elders, expressed gratitude for this gesture. He praised the university for recognizing education's importance in transforming communities.

He pledged the council’s support in identifying qualified beneficiaries. “This initiative will change lives and uplift families,” he said. “Education is key to our future, and we are grateful for this investment.”
