The Minister for Roads and Highways, Governs Kwame Agbodza, recently visited the Western North Region. He assured chiefs and residents of the government's commitment to improving their road network.
During his visit, Mr. Agbodza inspected several important road projects. These included the Tepa (Mabang) – Goaso Road and the Benchema Barrier - Juaboso Road. He also looked at the Nsawora - Sefwi Wiawso Road Bridge.
He highlighted that these projects are vital for economic growth. They also improve access to essential services. The Minister promised to speed up their completion while ensuring value for money.
Mr. Agbodza emphasized the government's dedication to quality road infrastructure nationwide. He stressed that transparency and efficiency are top priorities.
He assured stakeholders that all necessary resources would be provided for timely project completion. Mr. Agbodza was accompanied by engineers and officials from various departments.
The team assessed project progress and engaged with local authorities. They addressed concerns related to road construction and maintenance during their discussions.
