Mohammed Abudi jailed for defilement in Wa Municipality

The Upper West Regional Police Command has arrested Mohammed Abudi. He was charged with defiling a 13-year-old girl in Guli, Wa Municipality.

Abudi was caught on Sunday, April 13, 2025. This was just two days after the crime on Friday, April 11, 2025.

The case went to the Wa Circuit Court. Abudi pleaded guilty to the charge. On April 23, 2025, he received a seven-year prison sentence from His Lordship Jonathan Avoogo.
