Ministry of Health begins recruitment for Medical Officers on May 16

The Ministry of Health has announced a recruitment process for Medical Officers. This is for those who have completed their House Jobs. Candidates must be verified by the Medical and Dental Council under the 34th and 35th lists.

Recruitment will officially open on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Eligible candidates should submit applications through the Ministry’s online portal. They can visit https://hr.moh.gov.gh to apply.

Applicants must follow the instructions to select their preferred agency within the Ministry. The deadline for applications is Monday, May 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The Ministry emphasized that the recruitment process is transparent. They warned applicants against individuals trying to exploit this process for personal gain.

“All applicants are advised not to make any payments during recruitment,” the Ministry stated. “Anyone who pays does so at their own risk.”
