ASEPA’s Mensah Thompson appointed Dep. Director General of SEC

Mensah Thompson has been appointed as the Acting Deputy Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA).

Thompson has a history of advocacy, particularly against the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its policies.

He announced his appointment on social media, thanking former President John Dramani Mahama.

Thompson will work alongside Dr. James Klutse Avedzi, the acting director-general.
