Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has raised concerns over the lack of streetlights on the road leading to Jubilee House, warning that it poses a major security risk.
Speaking in Parliament on Friday, March 14, he described the situation as unacceptable, especially near the seat of government.
He urged the Minister for Greater Accra to appear before Parliament and provide assurances on measures to fix the issue.
Afenyo-Markin emphasized the need for adequate street lighting in key areas, stressing that government negligence in such a critical location is worrying.
