Ambulance case: Dame must be dismissed and prosecuted – Asiedu Nketiah

The NDC has called for the immediate resignation or dismissal of Attorney General Godfred Dame following the release of a 16-minute audio implicating him in court manipulation against Minority Leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson.

They accused Dame of coaching the third accused, Richard Jakpa, to discredit Forson.

NDC Chairman John Asiedu Nketiah called for Dame's prosecution and disbarment, warning of future legal action if President Akufo-Addo fails to act.

The party also calling for a parliamentary inquiry into judicial manipulation allegations against Dame.

They deem him unfit for office, aiming to restore credibility to the Attorney General's Office and Ghana's judicial system.
