Ambulance case: Godfred Dame won’t resign – NPP

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has rejected calls for Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame to resign.

During a press conference in Accra, the NPP stated that Dame will continue his duties with intelligence and determination.

This response follows demands from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), which released audio alleging Dame conspired with Richard Jakpa, the third accused in the ambulance case, to implicate Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson.

NPP Legal Committee Chairman Frank Davies labeled the resignation calls as misplaced and affirmed Dame's commitment to prosecuting Forson and his associates.
