The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, visited President John Dramani Mahama. He urged the newly appointed officials to uphold integrity and loyalty. They should prioritize the welfare of Ghanaians in their duties.
During the visit to Jubilee House, he stressed that Ghana's progress relies on dedicated leaders. He warned against complacency and encouraged appointees to deliver results for national development. “Be truthful, be loyal, and serve the nation with integrity,” he said.
Otumfuo reminded them to put Ghana first in all decisions. This visit is significant as President Mahama begins a new governance agenda. His focus includes economic recovery, infrastructure development, and public sector reform.
President Mahama aims to reduce government size and improve efficiency. His administration is implementing measures to revive the economy and enhance services. This meeting continues previous discussions between Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and President Mahama about development projects in the Ashanti Region.
