The Asogli State Council has strongly condemned the recent fire at the Ho Central Constituency office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), reportedly set by disgruntled party youth.

In a statement signed by Secretary Stephen Tetteh on January 23, the council labeled the act as "highly deplorable," warning it threatens democratic principles.

It urged party members to rally behind President John Mahama’s vision of rebuilding Ghana while respecting the NDC’s constitutional mechanisms for resolving disputes. The council stressed dialogue and transparency as essential for unity and urged leadership to address grievances constructively.

Reaffirming its commitment to peace and progress, the council joined public calls for thorough investigations to ensure accountability and prevent future incidents.
