Bawku conflict is now a national issue, fix it – Ahiagbah reminds Mahama

Richard Ahiagbah is the Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He believes the Bawku crisis is now a national issue.

Ahiagbah urges the president to address this situation. He warns that it could negatively impact the entire nation.

In a tweet, he commented on recent killings and property destruction. He stated, “Multiple things are vying for attention, but none is as urgent as the Bawku conflict.” He emphasized that this conflict needs the government’s full focus.

Ahiagbah noted that the Bawku issue affects overall state security. To restore peace, he called for collaboration among all parties involved. “We need peace in Bawku, Mr. President,” he added.

Meanwhile, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has been tasked with finding a lasting solution to this conflict.
