Bedzrah calls for apolitical handling of ECG containers scandal

Chairman of Parliament’s Energy Committee, Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, has urged Ghanaians to avoid politicizing the ongoing ECG containers scandal.

Speaking on Channel One Newsroom on March 28, the Ho West MP expressed concern over the growing trend of turning scandals into political debates rather than addressing the real issues.

Bedzrah emphasized that the focus should be on ensuring those involved face justice rather than engaging in blame games along political lines. He stressed the need for accountability, calling for due punishment for those found guilty of criminal wrongdoing. "Let’s address this matter without political bias.

The individuals involved committed crimes and must be held accountable," he stated.
