Two prominent Ghanaian prophets have sparked political debate. They shared contrasting prophecies about the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) next flagbearer for the 2028 elections.
Prophet Emmanuel Worlasi leads Conquerors Chapel in Kumasi. Prophet Bernard ElBernard Nelson-Eshun is the Senior Pastor of Spiritlife Revival Ministries. Both delivered detailed visions about NPP leadership but reached different conclusions.
Prophet Worlasi Sees Bawumia Victorious Again
In his vision, Prophet Worlasi saw Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia winning the NPP flagbearer position again. An angel revealed this vision to him, showing future events for nine years. He claims many of these prophecies have come true, including significant global and national incidents.
Worlasi described seeing Dr. Bawumia and Kennedy Agyapong surrounded by large crowds in campaign shirts. Surprisingly, during the vote in his vision, many Agyapong supporters revealed Bawumia’s shirt underneath theirs. This symbolized a secret preference for Bawumia.
He asked the angel what this meant. The angel explained that some party leaders switched allegiance to Agyapong, but many delegates secretly preferred Bawumia at the ballot box. Worlasi concluded with a reminder: “We see in part, and we prophesy in part.”
Prophet ElBernard Predicts a Movement for Kennedy Agyapong
In contrast, Prophet Bernard ElBernard Nelson-Eshun envisioned Kennedy Ohene Agyapong as the NPP flagbearer. He recounted being taken by an angel to witness elite political discussions where he doubted Agyapong’s leadership potential.
However, he then saw a surge of youth support rallying around Agyapong’s bold message and leadership style. These passionate young people will ignite a nationwide movement across political divides.
Over time, even those elites who doubted him would begin to support Agyapong due to his grassroots backing. In the final stages of his vision, he saw Agyapong declared as the flagbearer.
The angel told him, “Be content with what you have seen. More will be revealed in due time.”
Divergent Visions, Shared Uncertainty
The conflicting revelations from these two influential leaders have sparked debate among political watchers and believers alike. Both referenced angelic encounters and spiritual insights into NPP's future but offered different paths toward leadership decisions.
They both acknowledged that prophecy is partial—a biblical recognition that spiritual insight often comes in fragments.
As the NPP looks ahead to 2028, it remains uncertain whether either prophecy will come true or if another outcome will emerge altogether.
