Former ECG Managing Director, Samuel Dubik Mahama, has denied claims made in an investigative report regarding missing containers linked to the Electricity Company of Ghana.
Speaking on the Asaase Breakfast Show, Mahama said he was never contacted for his side of the story.
“I was never called or asked for my opinion,” he stressed, criticizing the report for making accusations without his input.
He also questioned discrepancies in the report, noting that while the minister said the containers were in ECG custody, the report placed them at Tema Port.
Mahama argued that the containers were in a security zone under GPHA, marine police, and customs control.
He further noted that the report ignored legal disputes and ongoing PDS arbitration involving some of the containers.
