The Electoral Commission (EC) will begin collating outstanding results today, January 5, after the Accra High Court issued rulings compelling the completion of results in four constituencies.
Justice Forson Agyapong's rulings followed applications by the New Patriotic Party (NPP), which highlighted discrepancies in the EC's collation process.
In Tema Central, the court found incomplete collation before declaring a winner, while in Ablekuma North, only 219 out of 281 polling stations were accounted for.
The court also ordered the EC to complete collation in Okaikwei Central (31 polling stations) and Techiman South (147 polling stations).
The EC is expected to finalize these results, with the police ensuring security throughout the process.
