Mazu Abdul Raman, the former Nasara Coordinator for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ketu North, has criticized Ambassador Said Sinare, NDC Zongo Caucus Chairman, over campaign promises made in Volta Region's Zongo communities.
Raman accused Sinare of promising slots for the Mecca pilgrimage, despite failing to secure any such opportunities for the region during his tenure as Ghana's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
He highlighted the NPP’s efforts, which have funded pilgrimages for individuals from the region.
Raman dismissed Sinare's promises as "political gimmicks," urging voters to focus on the NPP’s proven record of achievement rather than unfulfilled pledges as the December 7 election approaches.
