IMANI Africa President Franklin Cudjoe has taken a swipe at former Communications Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful over the controversial KelniGVG contract.
In a social media post, Cudjoe questioned the $179 million allegedly spent on the deal, which he claims yielded no value for the country.
He urged current Communications Minister Sam George to terminate the contract and retrieve the funds, blaming Ursula for ignoring expert warnings about the agreement’s flaws.
Describing the deal as a “heist,” Cudjoe insists accountability is necessary, emphasizing that the nation cannot afford to lose such substantial sums to poor policy decisions.
