Veteran musician Rex Omar asserts that Ghanaians will be disappointed if the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and President John Mahama fail to recover allegedly looted funds, lands, and properties.
He criticized the perceived corruption under President Akufo-Addo’s administration, citing scandals like Cecilia Dapaah’s case.
Ahead of the December 7 elections, the NDC promised to launch “Operation Recover All Loots” to hold Akufo-Addo's appointees accountable.
Rex Omar emphasized that allowing corruption to go unpunished perpetuates a cycle of government misuse of public resources.
He insists that recovering these assets is essential to justify the trust and power granted by Ghanaians.
