I am happy NPP came into opposition -Former Eastern Regional Minister

Former Eastern Regional Minister Seth Acheampong believes opposition is beneficial for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He thinks the NPP is unique in Ghana. The party observes the system and proposes reforms to improve it.

Acheampong is confident that the National Democratic Congress's reset agenda will fail. He argues they lack a clear direction.

He believes the NPP can present its ideas effectively to benefit Ghanaians.

“It is good that we came into opposition,” he said on Channel 1 Television. “In opposition, we can implement meaningful reforms.”

He added, “I am happy we are in opposition. We will ensure their reset agenda fails.”

Acheampong stated they will package their ideas well to improve Ghana.

“They may mock us for being in opposition forever,” he said. “But I won’t say much today.”

He emphasized that the party is making sound decisions. He urged everyone to respect these political decisions.
