“I will leave Ghana to Togo” comment was just a political gimmick – Maurice Ampaw

Private legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw, has clarified his earlier claim that he would leave Ghana if John Dramani Mahama returned to power.

Speaking on GTV Ghana, Ampaw admitted that his statement was a political strategy aimed at mobilizing NPP supporters to vote.

He emphasized that he has never traveled outside Ghana and has no intention of relocating, adding that Mahama’s victory has taught him that “everything is possible.”
