Acting National Petroleum Authority (NPA) CEO, Godwin Kudzo Tameklo, has refused to comment on the ongoing probe into alleged GHC1.3 billion embezzlement at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
Speaking on TV3 on February 15, he stressed the need for due process, saying premature statements could be prejudicial.
The investigation, launched before his appointment, involves former NPA CEO Mustapha Abdul Hamid and three others.
“I will allow the SP to conduct the probe without interference,” he stated.
Tameklo, who has been in office for just two weeks, assured the public that legal frameworks will be followed, and any findings will be made public.
