President John Mahama has set up an eight-member committee to organize the National Education Forum, reinforcing his commitment to overhauling Ghana’s education sector.
Chaired by Professor George K. T. Oduro, former Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast, the committee has been tasked with drafting a comprehensive plan within two weeks.
Members include Professor Goski Alabi, Professor Rosemary Bosu, Dr. Samuel Awuku, Professor Smile Dzisi, Kofi Asare, Stephen Owusu, and Inusah Shiraz.
The forum is expected to bring together stakeholders to discuss key reforms aimed at improving education standards and addressing challenges in the sector.
