Mahama appoints new Heads for GNFS, Prisons, and GIS

President John Dramani Mahama has appointed new leadership for the Ghana National Fire Service, Prisons Service, and Immigration Service.

DDGP 3 Patience Baffoe-Bonnie will lead the Prisons Service, while DCFO Daniella Mawusi Ntow Sarpong takes charge of the Fire Service.

DCI Samuel Basentale Amadu has been named Comptroller General of the Immigration Service.

The appointments, announced on March 14, follow the swearing-in of COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno as Inspector-General of Police, marking a significant leadership reshuffle in Ghana’s security services.
