Mahama pledges to complete abandoned projects during Ahafo

President John Dramani Mahama has pledged to finish abandoned projects. He made this promise during his “Thank You” tour in the Ahafo Region. He thanked residents for their support in the 2024 elections.

While speaking to chiefs and residents, Mr. Mahama shared that an inventory of uncompleted projects has been done. This will help resume and complete these projects across the country.

The former President received a warm welcome from traditional leaders and locals. They highlighted their urgent development needs and longstanding challenges.

Mr. Mahama assured them that his visit was not just for gratitude. He aims to renew his commitment to campaign promises for the 2024 elections.

He also discussed important infrastructure plans. Several major roads in the region will be reconstructed soon. This is part of a strategy to improve connectivity and boost regional development.
