NDC debunks claims NPP established Odumase Nursing College

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Lower Manya Krobo has refuted claims by Municipal Chief Executive Simon Tetteh that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) established the Nursing and Midwifery training school in Odumase-Krobo.

According to the NDC, the school's inception was driven by Dr. Joseph Teye Nuertey, former Volta Regional Health Director.

Dr. Nuertey provided essential resources and lobbied for land for the school, a contribution acknowledged by Manya Krobo's overlord in 2015.

The NDC criticized Tetteh’s claims as politically motivated and misleading, aiming to wrongfully credit the NPP for the school’s establishment.
