NDC demands emergency meeting with EC over voters’ exhibition exercise

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has urgently requested a meeting with the Electoral Commission to address "serious discrepancies" discovered during the ongoing 2024 voter exhibition exercise.

In a letter signed by General Secretary Fifi Kwetey, the NDC highlighted issues identified in the Provisional Voter Register (PVR) compared to the registers being exhibited at polling centers.

The party emphasized the need for immediate attention to these discrepancies to ensure free, fair, and transparent elections.

The voter exhibition exercise, which began on August 20, is set to conclude on August 27.
