NDC now ‘making noise’ about Bawumia’s digitalization after mocking it – Nana Akomea

Nana Akomea, Vice Chairman of the Bawumia 2024 Campaign Team, has accused the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) of double standards regarding digitalization.

Speaking on GHOne TV, he claimed the NDC previously mocked Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s push for digital transformation but is now attempting to take credit for its success.

Addressing concerns that Bawumia distanced himself from economic challenges, Akomea insisted the NPP’s digital agenda is a critical pillar of economic growth.

He argued that despite Ghana’s financial struggles, Bawumia remained committed to modernizing key sectors.

He further accused the NDC of using economic hardships to undermine Bawumia’s contributions while conveniently shifting its stance on digital innovation.
