Nelson Ndebugre donates 1.5K Maths Sets to support Zebilla BECE candidates

Nelson Ndebugre, a former Parliamentary Candidate for the NDC, is committed to education. He donated 1,500 mathematical sets to the Ghana Education Service (GES) in Zebilla. This donation occurred on Monday, May 19. It aims to support Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates.

The maths sets will go to 59 basic schools in the district. This ensures every student is prepared for their exams on June 9, 2025. Ndebugre highlighted the importance of supporting young learners during critical times.

“It is always a joy and privilege to stand beside our younger ones,” he said. He thanked Mr. Julius Abanga Asigri from GES-Zebilla for receiving and distributing the donation. Ndebugre also acknowledged support from District Chief Executive Mr. James Ayamweogo and community members.

He encouraged candidates: “Step into the exam room with confidence and courage.” The initiative has been running for five years, aiming to uplift students with essential tools for success. GES officials welcomed the donation, noting its positive impact on students preparing for exams.

Community members praised the gesture, emphasizing the need for continued investment in education at local levels.
