Former Deputy Attorney General Alfred Tuah Yeboah has dismissed the Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) report, arguing that the complaints gathered are mere "rumors" without legal merit for prosecution.

His comments come after ORAL presented its findings to President John Mahama, detailing 2,417 corruption-related complaints from individuals and CSOs.

Despite this, Tuah Yeboah insists that allegations alone do not constitute evidence for legal action.

“Criminal prosecution is based on hard-core evidence, not propaganda or rumors,” he stated.

Meanwhile, President Mahama has directed Attorney General Dr. Dominic Ayine to launch investigations into the allegations, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to fighting corruption and recovering state funds.
