Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador appointed Dep. Executive Secretary of Lands Commission

Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador has been appointed Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) of the Lands Commission. He will support the Executive Secretary in implementing the Commission’s decisions. This is under the directives of the National Lands Commission.

Mr. Ntiador has over 20 years of professional experience. He is recognized as a visionary in land management and digital transformation. He played a key role in automating important public sector systems in Ghana. These include the eJustice Project, the Attorney General’s office, and the Birth and Death Registry.

He is experienced at combining land administration with technology. As a Fellow and Council Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, he leads initiatives in Geospatial Technology. He also serves as CEO of TGTS Africa, contributing to innovations like DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station application.

Mr. Ntiador holds advanced degrees from German institutions. He earned a Master of Science in Land Management and Administration from Technical University of Munich. His academic and professional work spans Ghana, Europe, and global organizations like FAO, GIZ, and the World Bank.

In addition to his impressive resume, Mr. Ntiador is known for grassroots leadership. He serves as Presiding Elder at James McKeown Worship Centre in Adenta. He also chairs the PTA at Pentecost Preparatory School. Furthermore, he is a certified counselor and belongs to several professional organizations.
