Talk no action John Jinapor told to sit up and fix “Dumsor”

Ghanaians are increasingly concerned about the energy sector's management.

Many believe the situation is worsening and urgent action is needed.

Kofi Asare, Executive Director for Eduwatch, has voiced his worries.

He stated that the Minister should fix the power crisis instead of talking.

In a social media post, he highlighted the impact of outages, known as "Dumsor."

He noted that these outages affect productivity and need immediate attention.

"The lights off situation keeps getting worse," he wrote.

"In Legon-Haatso, we have had no power all week."

Workers arrived to work today but found no electricity.

Asare urged the Energy Minister to take action and stop talking.

Umaru Sanda from Citi FM also expressed frustration over the issue.

"Dear John Jinapor, your grace period is at 97%," he posted.

"The dumsor is becoming hotter by the day," he added.

He emphasized that even adults are sweating while babies suffer too.

Sanda reminded Jinapor that he promised to fix it and urged him to act now.

Many Ghanaians share these concerns about energy management in the country.
