Channel 247 TV studio at Kanda catches fire

A fire broke out at the Channel 247 TV studio in Kanda, Accra, on Monday, November 25, 2024. The Ghana National Fire Service responded promptly with two fire tenders to combat the blaze.

Videos shared by the GNFS showed thick smoke billowing from the building as firefighters worked to control the situation.

While the cause of the fire remains unclear, no casualties have been reported, and workers at the station were safely evacuated.

The fire service continues its efforts to fully extinguish the flames, and authorities are investigating the incident.
