Drivers, passengers stranded as ferry breaks down at Yeji

The pontoon that transports cargo and passengers across the Volta Lake in Yeji has broken down, leaving drivers and passengers stranded for over a week.

Goods are going bad, and the stranded individuals are calling on the Volta Lake Transport Company to provide an additional ferry to speed up travel.

Some drivers have even threatened legal action against the company.
