Seventeen babies, including twins, were delivered at Sunyani Teaching Hospital between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Of these, twelve were born via caesarean section, with all mothers and babies in stable condition.

Notably, the twins were delivered on December 24 and are receiving care at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

MTN Ghana marked the occasion by donating hampers filled with essentials like diapers, clothing, and baby care items to the mothers as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Regional Manager Kofi Owusu encouraged parents to cherish their newborns, born on such a special day.

Seven babies were born on December 24, eight on Christmas Day, and two on Boxing Day.
