A fire broke out early Saturday morning at Tudu, affecting two shops on the fourth floor of a commercial building.
The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) responded promptly, deploying three fire tenders to prevent the flames from spreading.
Divisional Officer I (DOI) Alex King Nartey of the GNFS Public Relations Department praised the firefighters’ swift action, stating, “Due to our timely intervention, the entire building has been salvaged.”
The fire has since been brought under control, and no casualties have been reported. Authorities are yet to determine the cause of the incident.
