Kpandai ECG hospital seeks support to complete mortuary project

Dr. Sonlary Joseph is the Medical Superintendent at ECG Hospital in Kpandai, Northern Region. He has made an urgent appeal for support to finish a mortuary project. This project has been abandoned for some time.

Construction of the mortuary started two years ago but stopped due to lack of funds. The building is complete, but it cannot be used yet. The cold room installation is still pending.

In an interview with Adom News, Dr. Joseph shared his concerns about the incomplete mortuary. He said it has caused many challenges for the local community.

Families must transport their deceased relatives to faraway towns. This adds emotional and financial stress during a difficult time.

Dr. Joseph believes that completing the mortuary would restore dignity in handling the dead. It would also provide relief to grieving families in Kpandai and nearby areas.

He urged stakeholders, especially philanthropists and organizations, to help finish the project. This support could greatly improve healthcare infrastructure in the district.
