Multiple cars crashed after tipper truck fails brake at Anloga Junction in Kumasi

A tipper truck crashed into oncoming vehicles at Anloga junction. This incident occurred in the Oforikrom municipality of the Ashanti Region.

The truck was carrying sacks of goods. It reportedly lost its brakes while going up Oforikrom hill. As it descended, it veered off its lane and sped towards oncoming traffic.

The truck collided with multiple cars, causing significant damage. Its long trunk overturned, spilling goods onto the road.

Drivers and passengers panicked as they avoided a serious accident. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Authorities are towing away the damaged vehicles to reduce traffic congestion.
