Mr. Wisdom Bondieu Seade is the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Keta Municipality in the Volta region. He has called for unity, professionalism, and visionary leadership as he takes office. Mr. Seade aims to be a unifying force and drive development in the municipality.

He plans to implement cost-effective practices to eliminate waste and ensure value in public spending. Additionally, he aims to boost Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to reduce reliance on government transfers.
Stakeholder engagement will be a priority under his leadership. Within his first 100 days, he intends to hold a Municipal Development Dialogue with various community groups.
Mr. Seade believes that discussing policies openly leads to effective implementation. This dialogue will help create an inclusive growth agenda for local governance.
He praised recent national reforms aimed at enhancing mayors' roles and involving traditional authorities in governance. He views this as a strategic move that acknowledges their importance in grassroots development.
Mr. Seade urged citizens and organizations to take civic responsibility by supporting self-help projects alongside government efforts. He emphasized that development is a shared responsibility requiring community involvement.
He described himself as a "servant leader" who is accessible and accountable to all stakeholders regardless of their affiliations.
Mr. Seade commended former President John Dramani Mahama for focusing on decentralization and grassroots development during his tenure. He believes this vision requires a change in mindset towards work and public service.
