A trailer carrying drinks was involved in an accident at Asukawkaw. Its head detached, causing the trailer to crash.
The driver managed to drive the trailer head to safety.

Mr. Mark Oduro, the Assembly Member of Asukawkaw, confirmed the incident. He spoke with the Ghana News Agency (GNA).
Mr. Oduro stated there were no fatalities or injuries from the accident.
His confirmation supports eyewitness accounts of the event. This has raised concerns about road safety and vehicle maintenance.
He informed GNA that both parts of the trailer were towed to Katanga Police station. This was done to clear traffic in that area.
The police may conduct further investigations into the accident's cause. They will also assess damage to the trailer and its cargo of drinks.
